My Life As A Pigeon

I should have gotten used to my best friend ditching me for her terrible boyfriend awhile ago, but I didn’t.
And now I’m alone
Like 65% of the time
Because she leaves in the middle of us hanging out
And I’m just like ok
And sometimes I cry
Out of frustration

I fucking hate it when you’re in such a fantastically giddy mood and then you see one simple little thing that makes you think, “oh” and then you just get this empty feeling in your chest and you get nauseous and the world just crumbles and you want to just lay under a blanket and close your eyes and fall asleep and never wake up. 

The older I get the more I realise there are no grown ups and nobody knows what the fuck they’re doing.
